Ronawi Hotel Laundry Services
By using our laundry services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for both parties.
1. Service Scope
Ronawi Hotel Laundry provides laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, and pickup/delivery services to hotel guests and walk-in clients. Services are subject to availability and are rendered during operational hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily.
2. Garment Inspection
All items are inspected for existing damage (tears, stains, discoloration) before processing. While we take every precaution, Ronawi Hotel Laundry is not liable for damage caused by normal wear and tear, color fading, fabric shrinkage, or manufacturer defects.
3. Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event of a lost or damaged item:
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your items.
- Compensation, if applicable, will be limited to 3x the service cost of the affected garment.
- Items deemed irreplaceable or of high sentimental value should be declared upon drop-off.
4. Separation of Laundry
Client items are never mixed with those of other customers. We wash and handle each order separately to prevent loss and contamination.
5. Pickup & Delivery
- We offer laundry pickup and delivery within specific areas.
- Clients must be available at the scheduled time; re-attempted deliveries may incur a small fee.
- Ronawi Hotel is not responsible for items left unattended or with unauthorized persons.
6. Turnaround Time
- Standard turnaround is 24 hours.
- Express service (same-day) is available for eligible items at an additional cost.
- We do our best to meet delivery deadlines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Payment Terms
- Full payment is due upon delivery or collection unless billed through a hotel room.
- We accept cash, M-Pesa, and hotel room billing (for guests).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
8. Special Garments & Requests
- Customers must inform staff of delicate, valuable, or special-care garments at the time of order.
- We do not guarantee complete stain removal, especially for long-set or chemical-based stains.
9. Unclaimed Items
Garments not collected within 30 days from the due date may be donated or responsibly disposed of. Efforts will be made to contact the customer before this action is taken.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Ronawi Hotel reserves the right to refuse laundry service for:
- Soiled or hazardous items
- Garments with unknown substances
- Items that pose a risk to our equipment or staff
11. Changes to Terms
Ronawi Hotel Laundry may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Clients are encouraged to review them regularly.
