Returns
Due to the perishable nature of food, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered or picked up.
Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was missing items
- Your food arrived damaged or spoiled
- There was a significant delay in delivery caused by us
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos (if applicable)
Once we verify the issue, we’ll either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds in the following cases:
- If you change your mind after ordering
- If incorrect delivery information was provided
- If you didn’t report the issue within 2 hours of receiving the food
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
